I kinda thought he grew out of three after the Chaos Kin incident made
him realize their existences are linked.

Considering the fighters and angels actually die in LvD and it's somehow cannon, they can't be that linked.

The Dark Pit guidance gives off the vibe that Viridi and Dark Pit just want to compete against their respective rivals, Palutena and Pit.

I'm pretty sure #3 can be interpreted as just friendly bro-rivalry. Doesn't have to mean he wants to kill Pit.

Tbh I think Pit having the controllable arrows makes him better, but I like Dark Pit's personality and palette swaps. Aesthetics seem to be important to me since I've barely played Pit. I do think DP's Side B is better for my play style, but I don't use it enough to make a difference...

If you pummel with Dark Pit, the Silver Bow will briefly be suspended in the air. It only works with Dark Pit, Pit still holds the Palutena Bow like normal. Not sure if the Wii U version has it.

I remember this. Just checked, it's fixed in SSBU.

I've noticed this as well.

A small oversight and, from what I've seen in videos, it doesn't happen in the Wii U version, as @ LancerStaff has stated. Perhaps, they could fix it in a future patch...

You need to fall down deep until you don't fly further with your power of flight. Of course you need to grab the edge. After that you roll to safety like MagiusNecros said.

In all fairness, it wasn't entirely negative. Here's the second post I did in French here.

As much as I like Wolf, people have to be in denial to think Dark Pit is what kept him and Lucas from being in the game.

I consider Dark Pit to be something closer to Alph then to a standalone character.
