I'm Back!

Hi all,
I'm returning to Melbourne on the 16th Jan and am keen to get back into the scene.

I haven't really played Brawl at all since I left but am keen to get competitive again. I don't know how much free time I'll have since uni should be intense next year though -- But yeah, Bring It!

What's happening in terms of tournaments, non-game and game meets these days? Let me know what's happening.

I'll be staying at Tim's place for a bit to help me get settled in. I'm looking for a place to stay and possibly a casual job for a bit of extra cash; so if anyone knows anyone, that would be awesome.

Looking forward to seeing all you guys again :3.

The scene has died off significantly since you left. It's rare for a tournament to have more than 12 players. This makes me sad.

We banned mk, but then there's discussion but not banning him. Too hard.

Otherwise... I dominated this year. As opposed to when you were in the scene.

And that's about it. Look forward to some games!

Yeah I heard about the banning of MK; is he still banned atm though? If so, I'd probably be using Lucario.

banned in half of america starting 2012 iirc
aus hasn't decided yet, seems country won't come to a consensus so states will decide for themselves and thus brawl majors shall be awkward lol
regardless attila still a tier above the rest...

12 person tournaments in melbourne though?
That's pretty dire, our once a year tournaments get like 20!

SA moved to FB. Sydney is more social nowdays, Queensland is still pretty active and getting bigger. As for melbourne, I'm not really sure tbh.

@Billy: There's a chance I could stay at yours for a few days maybe, but tbh I'm not really planning to stay "homeless" for long anywayz.
