Or maybe they want him in because they actually like him? You don't know what other people think. I also showed moves that only he has. What character could possibly take his place and be more unique than him?
You showed moves but as a whole they're not that unique. Many people say that it's just what happens, it's marth and the newest protagonist with no real reason to back it up and Most of the other lords could easily take his place
What do you mean they are not unique? No other character with a disjointed hitbox has those moves and there are countless properties you could apply to those hitboxes to make hem incredibly unique. I've literally pointed out a whole bunch of moves he has that are unique to him and that no other character has ever done or probably ever will. You are literally just blindly saying **** at this point and I'm done with this.
There not unique cause their just sword swings with nothing unique about them
With that kind of mindset, there's nothing unique about Link's, Toon Link's, Metaknight's, or Pit's moveset because they're just sword swings, right?
Well people say the 3DS has limitations (which is complete bull), also didn't melee have 25?
I'm too lazy to check the melee roster number. And as for the 3DS limitations, a 3DS can easily handle a three-way battle on Pokemon X/Y on 3D Mode - I'm pretty sure the 3DS can handle Smash Bros. I mean, street fighter was release on 3DS, it handled very well.
Time constraints are a pretty huge problem, especially considering they want this game out by the end of the summer.
It's true. At this point then, I expect Ike to be the only other FE character unless they squeeze Chrom in.
The sheer amount of Awakening influence already seen in the games makes me think if anything Ike might be removed to make way for an Awakening rep. I REALLY hope that's not the case as he's one of my favorite characters in Smash and my favorite FE Lord. But, as much as people like to hate on the relevance argument, Greninja kinda shows that they wanted a gen VI rep. I mean yeah Greninja had his supporters but I never saw a whole ton of people rooting for him. Obviously what I have seen =/= what actually was, but that's just from my experience.

Ike had 2 major games the only other character to do that is marth plus out of those 3 Ike is probably the most popular, iconic and different from marth
No. Chrom is a descendant of Marth not Ike it wouldn`t make sense for him to have the same move set as Ike. If anything he would fight more like Marth. He should have his own unique move set.
Chrom is no way more important than Ike in the series, Ike is the second most important character to Fire Emblem, Chrom is only the poster boy of Awakening nothing more.
I'd like it if he took his Hero look, too. I dunno... I don't think the teal of his Vanguard armor looks very pleasant.I hope Ike gets a re-design like Marth did. Since Marth has his Shadow Dragon design as opposed to Awakening, I'd assume the same would apply for Ike, who would use his Radiant Dawn design as opposed to Awakening's (which everyone seems to despise). But, which one, Hero or Vanguard?

I'd probably go with Hero for this one. Think Ike will get a revamped moveset for Smash 4 if he returns? Hopefully Eruption uses blue flames like in Project M, too!
That is interesting. Although blue fire is significantly hotter then red/orange fire so it might be able to kill red pikmin.
Toon link's isn't unique anyway, meta knight has flight and it more aerial based and pit has dual swords
No, it really doesn't. We've seen other FS's act in a similar manner.

I believe Project Angel meant that we have seen similar Final Smashes before; hence the similarity isn't relevant. Not necessarily a Final Smash similar to Ike's specifically, just the notion that not all Final Smashes are entirely different. Plus, Greninja's Smash reminds me more of Captain Falcon's with the scenery change, unless that is a stage or something.
