I personally believe that FD should be a CP.

^Then shouldn't this rant be about how not everyone uses the stage striking system?
FD is the most common CP choice out of all the starters as well.
Probably because it's MKs worst stage lol

I strongly agree that FD should be a counterpick (In the midwest circuit, it is!)

You know a stage should not be a neutral when character boards change their match up numbers if the match is played on FD (and not the other neutrals).

Also, in nearly every case I've seen, FD always either gets struck first, second, or not at all.
Isn't every neutral struck first, second, or not at all?

I think he means that it's either the first pick of one of the two players (thus, one of the first two stages struck), or it's the one that people decide to play on.

I agree but that dude from aib will prolly troll u :D
'bout starters and junk tho

radical idea:

Starter: BF. I mean really which character has the worst trouble on this stage? Or Characters? vs the Advantages a Chr or chrs gets on FD. More on FD than on BF right?

Then cp from there. Start all brawls on BF tho, then go, FD/SV/YI(B)

Then Delfino, PK2, Halberd, Picto, blah blah basically any other stages from here involve more than 1 obscurity, and if you're a purist then, FD is as lifeless as BF, just longer, and no platforms... YI(B) changes with the seasons, all 4 of them... Smashville changes with the ... whatever, and is less ... changing than YI(B), so FD then SV then YI(B) then the rest.
Have you ever played Marth on BF?

I dont know why people are talking about, "lol just strike it lulz"

I'm not ranting on stage striking. I know well about it.

I'm just saying I believe it should be a CP. Not a starter. wtf guys.

It exists in 64. It's just not accessable by normal means.

And I know it wont happen in Brawl, but god ****, Ill make that **** happen in B+ because there is near 0 reason why FD should be a starter there.

FD is a dumb starter.

What is this ******** reasoning that FD changes match ups, therefore it's not a neutral. Every stage alters match-ups drastically. FD may never play the same as Battlefield but Battlefield will never play the same as Smashville will never play the same as Yoshi Story will never play the same as etc etc. The fact that some characters do better there than others pretty much exists on any given stage.

I 100% agree FD should be a CP, but I think Yoshi's Island should be a CP first.
That thing is NOT fair.
Edit: FD is a stage in SSB64, what about Master Hand?

I disagree. All stages alter match ups, but the amount that neutrals alter match ups are way lower than that of a CP. Unless its FD.
