Actually... tippers seem stronger imo. They're only a bit weirder to connect now due to having to adjust to the new spacing. I remember getting tipped at 30% and being sent a surprising distance. Me no like tips.

Really? They still have knockback, but it seems it's way easier to DI out of them and not die at wtf percentages... But even with stronger tippers, Brawl still sucks.

How I wish, for Melee to forever last,
Compared to brawl it's ten times fast,
Sakurai took the good and flushed it down a funnel,
Melee is so technical, I could obtain Carpal Tunnel,
Let's stay with melee and make a pledge,
We all enjoy stopping people from reaching the edge,
We all enjoy being able to crouch cancel,
get light shielded,
We don't want to be owned by some stage pencil,
Get battlefielded
If I had only just one single solitary wish,
I want to be pwned by bowser, played by gimpyfish,
Or perhaps get owned by some of the best,
Which could very well be Mango and his rest,
Stop space animals recovery with shiek's whip,
Watchin pwnage melee tourney vids on a 3min clip,
hopefully we won't be stuck with brawl, the stupid crip,
I'd rather not run for the K.O. and randomly trip.
I can play melee over again and again and again,
I say we keep playing melee it's for the freaking win.

I have a short poem too.
People who like Brawl, those stupid ****s
How can they like a game that really sucks?
Whether a first timer, or have played time and time again
With no skill gap, anyone holding the controller can win.
Hopefully, Brawl will bore them as time continues to pass

Yeah, I'm startin to miss Melee. I feel this way kinda because I dont have a Wii so I cant get any better in Brawl and I really feel that Melee is a better game. Watching Melee vids of Zhu and SS just made me appreciate Melee even more, since you wont see stuff like that in Brawl for a long time (if even at all).
I love that in Melee, you can do so many different combos and switch them up when the situation arises and even come up with one's that only occur once in a lifetime.
Sadly, alot of ppl who know me in person don't agree with what I say about this. The thing is, they never went that much into Melee as much as I did (they may not have even played Melee before). Even though I like Melee, if I get a chance to play Brawl, I'll play it.

There is nothing wrong with melee, it was a great game.
I think we should give brawl a chance and hold a crazy SoCal tourney. I would come, but I never played really competitively at melee, so I'm pretty much just waiting for someone else to host.

well i really did try to like brawl.
but this game is ****ing gay.
ive lost all hope that you can be aggressive and win.

The only way for people who dislike brawl and quit to continue playing melee would be to have both melee and brawl tourneys. I don't mind either one, but melee was and still is better until peopl forget about it...which will likely be about a few years. I still have melee, but just to keep it as a reminder of the past...I guess.
