Good luck with that mindset.
? I don't think there is anything wrong with that, actually.
I mean, for example, studying. Some people study to be in a field they would get PAYED in and LIKE. Now you don't want to suffer through a GREAT job just because it rewards you with a lumpsum of money... Sometimes, money isn't really important, it's the
QUALITY of your life that is. Sure money may help, but having a GREAT, BORING, FRUSTRATING job can be sort of... contradicting, like a double-edged sword.
Some people study not to be in a field they LIKE, but to aqcuire tools and skills that will be there for the rest of their life, and so that they can find a job thanks to those skills. This is fine, as long as it helps in the long run.
Me? I'd probably go for the second option. Not many jobs interest me, and that's just the way I am. Of course the personal connection with others is fine, and I can work as long as I need to.
Still, quality is better than quantity.
Also, I meant that time literally WASTES either way. If you work or don't work, it's still a 'waste'. Hope you understand. The only differences there can be is what you do. You can do things that are productive, help/harm yourself, and help/harm others.
