The majority of the US will have Metaknight unbanned for now at the very least. Houston tournaments have never had rulesets that conform. This is nothing new so don't act like anything is changing.

Besides, citing that it doesn't conform to other rulesets isn't a good reason to argue the validity of a stage.

My point was the time to argue has passed. The community already took a vote and your viewpoint wound up in the minority, so had you wanted to present your opinion it should have been before the vote. We've all played on Luigi's before.

And I'm all for a ROB, Snake, etc taking me to Luigi's. I think I can utilize the stage better than they can. Its obvious that by listing so many characters multiple characters stand to use the stage to their advantage.

Yes every stage is going to be Luigi's Mansion even though a lot of people do not like the stage and most people don't even counterpick, they pick neutrals.

Way to put salt on an open wound. I'm glad all the "top" players are thinking maturely about this. To be completely honest, it's just a stage. Beat it, or quit the game. If your not placing first at tournaments anyway, then there's no point in begging to take a stage off, because it's not jeoprodizing your placement as is. People voted. Now whether it's the right thing to do or not, it may be too late or too soon to tell. Just beat it.

The only thing I can tell you to do is either:

1. Ban the stage. (Self explanatory)

2. Take 3 stocks away from your opponent before he takes 3 stocks away from you.

3. Quit competitive Brawl and go to a better, more balanced fighting game.
