Luigis isn't legal like...anywhere :/. It just promotes camping from every character. Have fun trying to catch sethlons falco on that stage, or get past my blizzard walls, or deal with diddys up-b and nanas, or not being able to approach snake safetly ever unless you are diddy.
Why do people enjoy this stage at all?

Many characters have STUPID things on that stage. Diddy's up-b is insane there. Snake can camp and not die. Ice climbers can desynch ice block and blizzard and basically just trying to move on the bottom against them is impossible because the ice blocks bounce back at you off the wall lol.
If anyone counterpicks me to Luigi's I'm just going to laugh. MK doesn't even stand a chance vs climbers there lol. Diddy's probably the only character that can beat them on that stage, and maybe snake. I don't even need to grab, you just won't be able to get past all the ice lol.

Dear Lord Allan lots of characters can get around blizzard. DK, diddy, SAMUS, DDD properly spacing, Falco, Etc.
He was pointing out why certain characters do well on the stage. The layout makes certain moves very, very good and it really helps certain characters. Camping all comes down to the players and I've seen people camp on every stage from pictochat to smashville to corneria. If you want to camp, you can camp.
lol ROB, Falco, DK, Diddy, GW and ZSS would like a world with you about getting past Blizzard on that stage.
EDIT: You can techroll out of ceiling combos too.

All those characters get wrecked by ice blocks. The ice blocks bounce off the walls and stay in the middle, and if I desynch them you can't really jump over them and they are ****ing everywhere. Allows for easy grabs, makes IC's absolutely impossible to approach unless you have a good projectile. I mean you can shoot **** at me all day down there but it's not going to kill me and you can't jump over my blizzards lol.

Hylian DK's groundpound alone destroys that. Or you know, I could ban that against the two IC players in Texas if I really feared them taking me there. PS ROB can sit across the stage and laser you all day and downsmash when you get close. Don't tell me iceblocks > ROB there.
Edit: Also why would Sethlon go there as Falco? There are better Falco stages. MK is gone, Razer loses there to Keith, People are more likely to camp against Diddy (who would go there) than not, Ban it against ICs, its valuable for DK and Oli who need every stage they can get. Wario can and will camp every stage that is big enough to breathe on, ROB is annoying but not broken there.
You can destroy the mansion if they are sitting up top and get 20+ seconds to try to get them. Pillars refresh moves. Its one of the only big blastzoned stages out there too.

Actually if they are smart (and good) they can CG to the middle or sides and kill you. Or you could get % lead and camp the top against them like everyone else does with platforms, lol.
Honestly I'd expect ICs to go FD before Luigi's. There is nothing on the stage that is impossible to get by. The stage strengthens some characters and is big, which causes implications for how Brawl works, but the biggest complaint people had there was Metaknight nadoing and running away.
We don't have metaknight.
IC's can actually approach rob easily on that stage, which is something they normally have a problem with. Blizzard wrecks rob. Just wait for him to laser(they always do) ps and blizzard wrecks him. He can't stay above you because their uair is amazing and he can't gimp nana easily at all because all the encasements.
You will see if its legal. Also, light is the only Rob in texas that will give my IC's trouble on any stage lol so I'm not really worried about that. And dk's down B gets destroyed by synched squall, and if they don't tech it's a free grab after they pop up out of it.
Have fun getting damage first.
Also, have fun taking 100% damage while doing nothing to me because IC's uair beats like every move in the game lol. Why do you think dair camping MK's lose to IC players all the time?

Because they can't space that well and Metaknight isn't even ICs worst enemy. Dair > Ics uair if its spaced to the side.

I wouldn't be arguing about this but every time we take a vote on something and majority gets to change SOMETHING you/dojo/razer/someone else whispers something in Allan's ear that makes him go "OH NO I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT" and we're back to him randomly changing stuff instead of, you know, using the vote like intended.
By the way saying "Oh well I can just PS blizz desync CG 0-death" is easy to say, but you know techncially you can blizz desync PS everything 0-death everyone everywhere, and you aren't winning tournaments last I checked. It might be a hella good stage for ICs but that doesn't mean someone won't beat you there like a Lucario, Diddy, or ROB if you play less than perfect.
