My panel PR is alive an running! I'm excited to compare it to the Texas PR we have now

You should make a thread about it, state when the season will start and and when the season will end, declare weather mms count for pr, then ppl post their wins and looses by the end of the season, Make the thread look like sex basically otherwise people won't really take it seriously. Seasons should start and end with a big trney, it increase competitiveness among players, start with revolution 10 and end with a hobo or something.
State rules, such as these(copied from nj/ny pr):
Ranking Qualifications:
Must have entered at least three tournaments, two of which are within the tristate (New Jersey/New York/Pennsylvania) area
Must be a full-time (or as close to it as you can get) resident of New Jersey
Must submit an entirely factual win/loss record every season OR confirm EVERY attended tournament on AllisBrawl.
Money Match Rankings Rules:
Must be at least $5.00 dollars.
Tournament must have at least 8 entrants
Tournament Classification:
Must have a singles entry fee of at least $10 dollars
Must have at least 8 entrants
Must have bracket available

People I think could form a fine panel: RT,Gnes,Someone from SA that's not a complete ******, Dojo, P4/sync,Polt. Try to balance the rep from each region, but I think these people are unbiased anyways so it won't hurt it, UTD Zac would be a good panel member. It's important to have people with strong fundamentals, the ones that either don't care, are biased or too easily convinced will make the system a fail and *****hs going drama.
PPl whom should not be considered for pr: illmatic, xyro,shadow1pj, maharba,Forth Worth, nike,Leaf.These people quialify for at least 1 of the 3 main points I mentioned, im prob missing some but you get the point.
The number of panel members should be an odd number for obvious reasons lol. Considering the panelist pool of ppl, make a rule that will depend how much it will take to outrule a desicion:
Example: Illmatic think fejkfjkernfkernf cause that trney was mk legal and shouldn't count, johns johns johns, im better than dark peach, etc... xyro agrees with him, however maharba, leaf and denti think he's being stupid as usual. Votes are 3-2 agaisnt illmatic. Therefore his opinion is out ruled
