I understand the metagame before 5th gen, I used to play PO all day building teams and doing some research, but I stopped. I've only heard certain things bout 5th gen so I'd need to some help building my team but I got a pretty good idea of what I want.

The 5th game metagame is different thanks to Dream World abilities and certain items. It won't be hard to pick up if you understand the fundamentals. That's like, 80% of the learning process.
