Xyro, will the two "upper low tier" characters--Ness and Bowser--be allowed for low tiers at HOBOs? It's supposed to be up to the TOs.

Also with this new list, there shouldn't be any more low tier tournaments that allow Sonic for low tier, or else you'll start hearing Ness, Bowser, and PT mains saying they should be allowed.

mid tier will NOT be in low tier.

Ok so the new tier list is out. This means new rules for this HOBO and all future HOBOs.
This means C-E will be allowed in mid tier events and F-G will be Low tier.

Yup. I was right. Kirby was going to drop, and ZSS and Lucario were going to pass him up. I'm surprised about Rob though. Kirby should be bottom of C imo, but whatever. I'm so happy he is now a humble tier. He is a humble character.

Falcon is not better than Samus or Jigglypuff, but he has more representation. Jigglymaster placed with her at Pound4. Sadly Kirby, Wario and Meta knight outclass Jigglypuff and are harder to kill + have a ground game. People rather go the easier route and use those characters than her

Zelda deserved to get the ****, she has virtually no air game, many of her attacks can be sdi'd out of, and has limited options overall.

ill look into the list more later... that's just what struck me the most out of it.

No, I'm not saying that depending on the player. I mean depending on the character. Sheik is not that good. She has ****ty freaking stage control and little to no killing power.

Do texas people still play brawl online?
Does it still lag really bad or has that been fixed?


Im going or rather thinking of returning to Brawl, simply because I've always liked Toon Link, and Metal Gear Online has gotten repetative.

So some answers would be nice.

Myself and Ozz play a lot online. But as long as you play people in Houston the lag should be managable (imo). The general lag isn't any better though.

Extremely fun fest today. I played really well. It made me sorta sad that I haven't been ooc/oos, RT made me laugh as hard as Ive ever laughed before. <3 RT!

Oh, and I think I heard more swearing than I've ever heard before....... :/

The online STILL sucks and will always suck. Just go to tournaments. I have them once a month and they are HUGE compared to the melee days
