CHALLENGER APPROACHING - Prior to this tournament, there was a person with the username "Smoom" who had been posting in the Houston thread on SWF. He had never attended a tournament, but finally made his tournament debut at Ozzfest 3. He didn't place well, but was a good sport about everything, and was a pretty nice kid. However, a bit later in the evening, Esca from Beaumont decided to randomly shout "SMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!" People thought it was funny, so everyone else chimed in. Eventually, almost the entire garage was chanting "SMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!" Fortunately, Smoom didn't take offense to it, and took it as him being accepted into the Smash community.
