xyro if you picked a smart character like diddy kong and hosted aftershock qualifiers in your city and won all of them then you too could be a good player in top 8 for aftershock qualifying points

I've been there once, they didn't seem like they're that punctual plus since doubles are starting before singles. Just message them on FB that you're coming a bit late and they might help you out.
