When he throws me up, its hard to get back down since Marth doesn't have to aim really to hit you. Which of his throws gives him a free tech chase? Was it back or forward?

Uh, no it's not. There's no "following" involved. Marth's backthrow barely sends them behind you at all, and combined with their DI towards the stage, you don't even have to leave the stage to hit with back-air. Do yo research before critcizin.

And can't you just do an Fsmash or re-grab them and Fthrow or something better than a Bair

They DI towards the stage because they're being thrown OFF the stage and they aren't ******** (well, if it's a f-throw they're ******** if they don't DI away). It doesn't really matter anyway.

They usually then jump to get over the wall of edgeguarding sword.

Backthrough doesn't combo. So NO you can't F-smash. You can't even back-air if the person knows what's coming. The entire point is that it provides a decent method of eating a 2nd jump and getting them off the stage. If they jump you get a free hit and probable edgeguard setup. Because they usually jump in this particular situation. Christ.

And yes, it won't work on fast-fallers. You see when I made that first post I made some apparently poor assumptions about how well you could figure things out on your own.

I don't know what I'm still doing here. It's not like some super secret fantastic technique. I must be a glutton for punishment.

Well it wouldn't be bad for them if they weren't a fastfaller. Any other character could take the hit, or airdodge the bair, and recover.

Starting in june Play N Trade will feature melee as an extra tournament. Brawl 1st Melee 2nd. If the weeklys do well enough then we can move it to test your skills and give more space to you all. So for all of the melee players that so called want a scene. Here is the chance. IF it doesnt do well as far as attendence goes. Then THE GAME IS DEAD! Things I need from the melee players. Full setups. I will reveal the dates and times later.
