What's everyone's plan for today? Aside from not being with the opposite sex that is.

新年快樂!!!

Nothin' particularly festive from where I am, just a small dragon dance which I've seen a bit too many times.

Hooray. It's the New Year, but in Chinese!

I'd guess I'd be happy, but I was born on the Year of the Pig..

I had extra credit question on what year is it for Asian Studies class.

Since I was born on year of the rooster(**** :D) I counted it down and got Tiger.

****.

(: Happy Chinese New Years

A country that celebrates significant dates off of a lunisolar calender that precedes the traditional Gregorian calender. ^^
Wow Roacherman, YOU just slapped you in the face. I actually think the Chinese New Year is really interesting, compared to regular new years.

Heh. Guess I have no real plans today. My parents went out to Chinatown to meet up with some relatives. And I'm staying home becoming a no life. Isn't life great?
EDIT: Guess my relatives decided to visit us =/

Watched some of those dancing dragon guys, so acrobatic and skillful.

CNY, great time to buy dodgy firecrackers and fireworks from shifty vendors.
