i have lots to say, but i'm gonna write up a long blog entry when i get home instead of posting here. (yeah, i have a blog, i just never use it.) needless to say this tournament was amazing. here are a few things:
- canada started out really strong in brackets and it went downhill around the time bernard and ryan had to play each other. they decided to not play it out and let bernard go ahead because they thought he had a better chance against the next opponent, axe. bernard lost 2-1 to axe, i forget the first match, second was close, third he got 2-stocked but he suicided on his last stock.
- axe ***** everything
- the period between mew2king vs. armada and the end of the tournament was really depressing
- eggm eliminated kage, i.b. AND diakonos. O_O
- i think i got a lot better
- mango sat down and accepted money matches after the tourney. he lost almost no games, and no sets. i saw him 3-stock hungrybox with fox more than once.
- here was my ****ing round 2 pool:

that was the hardest pool, i'm pretty sure. i didn't get last seed though! that was aniolas. i 2-1'd him and rested him like 5 times, lol. also i took a game off hax. that was one of the highlights for me, all of NY was cheering against me and i was so glad they were that worried
i ended up losing the set for a variety of reasons, and under different circumstances i honestly think i might have beat him. but that would be johning a lot and i'm probably just wrong anyway =P he just wasn't really that hard. oh, i should also mention that he was playing bad -- i didn't mean that i'm near him in skill or anything, just that i think i could have won the set.
...i ended up writing a lot anyway.

Umm, kind of random, but I'm going to be busy until like 5:30. I'm still fighting with York about my courses. If this puts people off I understand. Crashing is obviously available as long as you leave as I'm going to work on Thursday (which is like at 4, so there's plenty of time).
