I could pay the 4 dollars to get premium but I'm used to having this online and Winston in person now...

Just a heads up, there will be a birthday party coming in at 5, so when they get here try to keep the language appropriate. They will be in the back rooms the whole time (i.e. not near the setups), which is from 5-8:30 so probably until the tournament finishes. I'm guessing we will just be allowed to eat near the setups, but please keep it clean, I'm the one who has to chisel the pizza cheese off the tables... >_> (We have paper plates so no johns). I'm going to start the tournament on time, so if you are on your way, but will be late, CALL ME and I will add you into the bracket. If you are so late that you hold up the tournament, you're getting the boot. Nothing personal.

UltimaScout's friend: freeze glitch, whaaaat? thanks for ridding me of rolling and shield grabbing me 9000+ times so I learn to shine after SHFFLs; I definitely saw an improvement in my gameplay from our first match to our tournament matches, even if you still wrecked me. Hopefully this wasn't a one-time appearance cause I've heard you are quite the random tourney attender lol

If everyone payed a $15 venue the owner would let everyone stay the whole night. We were doing that for Halo, where you get to stay from 8pm on Friday until 8am the next morning. Not sure how many people would be down for something like that, but if there is enough interest I can working something out with the owner.

Sheik has better moves than Zelda. Sheik's down-B is the second worst move in the game, Zelda's is the worst. They do nothing.

Also, why am I cursed with no recording the best stuff that happens at tournaments. First Redd vs G-Reg at Sypher's last event somehow didnt get recorded, and now the Zelda's down-B arguement didnt get recorded. It was like 5 minutes of me yelling at everyone and everyone yelling at me. Too good.

I am tired.

That ain't JCaesar. LMAO!

And I don't see how you can say Zelda's down-b does nothing. It turns you into Sheik, who is one of the best characters in the game. By contrast, Sheik's down-b turns you into Zelda, who is much worse and is therefore not only useless, but actually detrimental. A move that made you stand still would be better than a move that makes you stand still and turn from Sheik into Zelda.

GGs all, I'm too lazy to do shoutouts and I probably wouldn't remember half the names anyway. Fun times.

It was good to have Melee and P:M there, I kept looking back between the two; I didn't see too much difference really. The only difference is the speed of the visuals, the camera at first sight. It's a sad thing that the camera code we DO have for PM makes an annoying noise every 3 or 4 matches or so.

Course, there's still a ****ton of other things to fix, but in terms of speed they seem to be pretty similar.

Maybe I should play more Melee.

Play more Melee. No way can you tell the difference by sight alone.

Alright guys, we can do the next one on the 17th, but that conflicts with DA's Gauntlet which is in NY so it probably wouldn't a big deal. If not, the next one would be July 31st because the other weekend we're doing a Counter Strike tournament for LANChamp. I'm thinking just going for the 17th, but let me know peeps.
