I just struggle with tryhard PX and friends for my first win of the day. Typically we get stomped pretty hard lol. Stupid normals.

It tends to depend on the friends and if matchmaking decides it wants to pit us against a team of all 2k pluses or not, lol.

We've won quite a few of the games against teams of 2k+, when we don't have someone to drag us down. No offense to said dragger downers.

I'd say the best thing about HoN having gone free, is I get to read great gems like this from the LoL forums:

heroes of olderth sucks. they have 3 classes of heros, where there's like 6 in lol and some champs are hybrid of two of those. all they have is strength heros (tanks), agility heros (ad bruisers), and intelligence (mages). the game is ****, it's not more challenging, it's more complicated for no reason.

DanGR currently holds most disappointing play from our inhouses, in which he got a courier holding a Hellflower(Orchid Malevolence) killed because he was bored and wanted to move the courier around. All in all pretty fun night, would love to play some more swf inhouses.

Does anyone else ever play a quick Co-op vs AI game for first win of the day? I play bot games for FWOTD IP when I may not play otherwise, and it seems like I always get a bunch of people who... JUST play against bots.
Am I the only one in the world?

I got my roommate into the game but all he plays are Co-op. Don't quite understand it tbh

Always noob. Never right. Bugs don't exist in LoL. riot is the perfect company.

My main used to be Ryze. Then he got nerfed to where it's really hard to justify taking him over Rumble if you want a tanky mage or Annie/Malzahar/Anivia/Brand if you want a burst mage. And on top of that his laning took quite a hit, and those last four can beat him in lane pretty handily when played correctly.

Being good at one champ brings out more skill with that one champ. I take a lot of theories from smash and apply them to LoL. If I know the basics of playing LoL, I can play any champion decently. But I want to master Cassiopeia.

I agree. Actually, I guess I'd have to say that if I main any champion it'd be Cho. I think I've learned any role that guy can play (solo, duo, jungle, ap) and I'd feel comfortable with any of them in ranked under the right circumstances. I never feel bad about picking him. And who doesn't like being a massive sized Void thing

I play lots of Leona lately though, since jumping on people and not having to run away is fun too. My Leona+MacD's AP Amumu combo too strong.

But when I feel like dominating a game, I'll go Akali because shes far and away my best character.

Ok, fine. YES I was thinking the entire time that Soraka would have countered them nicely but that's just because Soraka counters everything. Tied for best ARAMer with 1 or 2 others in my book.

They had Veigar and 4 ranged CC. Who needs Blitzcrank? I actually think that would have hurt them by giving them an easier target and less burst.

expunge is becoming his ultimate... hmm, not sure if want, seems like it could be devastating though, with 6 stacks of poison...

Twitch's current ultimate "Spray and Pray" has been a NIGHTMARE to balance since Beta testing and has been part of the reason that twitch has fluctuation from heinously overpowered to fairly pathetic without ever really being "balanced." Giving him a WHOLE new ultimate, but doing so by restructuring his kit to keep much of his flavour the same seems like a good option to me.


The only problem is that now twitch is much more "assassiny." Lacking an ultimate which allows him to DPS the entire enemy team at once WHILE applying his passive poison to the whole enemy team will definitely be a change that I'll need to get used to.

I'm getting "sponsored" to write a blog for some random website, and I'd like some input.

Map control?
