Earlier toDay (about 9 hours after making the above post) Zalak posted in the neighbourhood (which is Zalak, me, and JayTheUnseen) claiming to be the traitor knowing that me and Jay were the mafia. Obviously that's not true, and I don't think that Zalak misread the names in his role PM, because he would have claimed immediately after starting up the neighbourhood if that were the case. Given the above post, and Zalak's relative newness to the game, I think this is probably Zalaktown trying an awkward ploy (reminds me of Ranmaru back in the day). But I'm posting this to squash a potential NK, on the slim chance that Zalak is mafia trying to signal to me or Jay that he thinks one of us is the traitor.

At present Zalak is still trying to continue the gimmick in the neighbourhood, which is awkward since I confronted him about it immediately after he started, but I don't think it's indicative of anything.

Jay has only posted in the neighbourhood twice, stating that he hasn't been posting in it because he's not sure how to make effective use of the private conversation, and would rather not be distracted. Not sure what to make of that, if anything.

Nope, I am 100% vanilla townie. At that point I thought there was a slim chance that both of them were mafia, so I was trying to get them to admit it, I guess? Jay didn't post at all, and Nabe only posted once (it was about you btw). The neighborhood wasn't getting us anywhere, so I went with the ol fake traitor move.

If Zalak were mafia and Jay were the traitor, then if I were quiet and got shot, no one would know about it. Now, in that (enormously unlikely) situation, I won't be shot, because the info is out. I don't think Zalak is mafia trying to signal a traitor, but that's what I would have done and it's how I'd have tried to do it.

Not strictly true. I posted twice about Laundry, and once asking why Jay and I were "least likely to be mafia" which was Zalak's reasoning for choosing us. His response was that he agreed with all our posts (this was the 29th) and that we hadn't done anything to appear suspicious to him.

Nabe basically said THIS, but directed at me, and warned me that he was going to post it in the public chat. There was also a post about you. Nabe basically said that when someone is focusing on you, you always take things one stake higher than they actually are. He then said that you were just taking the wording of his posts and using them against him, which he said was an ugly debate tactic. He seemed quite annoyed. He also said no one was actually reading his posts but Red Ryu. ALSO, there was a post before that saying you'll probably just be lynched tomorrow if you're mafia.

Ryu's only memorable posts in this game (for me) have been him cheering me over Laundry/Nabe. I haven't gotten any scum vibes from him whatsoever. Granted, I don't think I have the magic eyes for Ryu's alignment anymore, I could probably be wrong. Traitor is out of left field for me. And I don't have any read on Gorf.

If Laundry is mafia, I'm like 100% sure Gorf is mafia. If Gorf is mafia, I'm like... 50% sure Laundry is mafia. They have both been FAR too defensive of Laundry.

I get the faint sense that Gorf is only trying to make me think he's actually considered my points against Laundry. All of Gorf's posts about Laundry end up helping him in one way or the other. This is obviously suspicious if Laundry is mafia, and potentially suspicious even if he's town. (#suckupishbehavior)

Laundry has attempted to completely discredit almost every one of my posts.

Ruy is town traitor, Gorf is Mafia, Rosalina is my choice for Gorf's buddy though I'm not as sold on this one.

I need quotes for all of these but I'll start with Ruy because it's the one I'm most sure on and the one that I think pulls the rest of the game together for me.

Realize that he quoted Zalak saying "JAY AND NABE MAFIA BUDDIES?" That's probably what queued Zalak to say as much in the neighborhood. I still don't really get why Nabe waited to post as much but whatever floats his boat, I guess.
