Yeah, from all the times I attended monthlies I got ALOT better at the game.
And made a few friends, though I'm sorta antisocial at times and didn't really try talking to new people during the times I went lol.

But it's not stopping me from coming back to start attending monthlies again, (probably regularly too.)

Basically what M.C. said, though it's definitely made me a better player.
Also some of us have trouble getting to tournaments, or the scene is somewhat stagnant here.

i usually get there at 1 so i get an hour of friendlies at least and once the doubles bracket is like 1 round through there are plenty of stations to friendly

CB is usually dead :/. Which is why not many show up. The monthly usually has 35+ ppl. U should have made sure u were going to the monthly ;O
