octix, if you mean with fox/falco the easiest way is to do a hadoken motion to the up-right or up-left
falco does fine vs marth.
bbq and octix-
don't be concerned about a secondary. from my experience most matchups can be done with your character as long as you stick with them. this isn't barlw where you should change characters every match.
just stick with one character.

RTG is an acronym. It stands for Rookies Too Good. We are a new crew *formed august 1st* the crew consist of. Myself,Scatz,Scatt,LinkQueen,D2all,Luffyfan, and Neo-X. Umby would be in it too if he didn't hate me ;B. We all live in the general area of eachother *cept luffyfan WHOOPS* lol. Yeah so my crew is accepting crew battles get at us
