IF your tring to be funny, continuing to say how bad you are is getting old and no longer funny, and frankly is getting a little annoying.
If you are serious, then please stop thats no way to get better...

That's a good way of picking beef, though. Right from the bones.

Let me sum it up for you:

I don't really care. Sorry you don't find it funny. I am trying to get better at the game (at my own pace; I'm more focused on getting a reliable means of transportation to get to said smashfests and tourneys so I can get better. I gotta settle with playing with some guys that are within spitting distance), so really what I SAY is a moot point. And if you think I'm bad, you ought to hear nes n00b's rants about how crappy he is at Melee (of course he's joking). Of course he hasn't spammed up this thread like I have, but whatever.

But if posting something as trivial as this bugs you, I'll stop. I don't want to offend anybody after all.

For the record, I scroll wheeled through most of it without reading, so pardon me if I missed something. XD

Proposed Georgia Brawl Power Rankings Starting Point:

Honorable Mention - Reflex - He may live in Alabama, but he's a Georgia Smasher to me. SRSLY.
#1 - Kismet2 - He's performing consistently better than me, or anyone else in Georgia. 'Nuff said.
#2 - Desu - I place higher than anyone ELSE (Read: Not Kismet) in GA pretty damned consistently.
(The only person from GA that's knocked me out of winner's or loser's bracket in the past few months is Kismet. Get at me.)​
#3 - BigLou - He performs pretty consistently and generally gets top 5 in tournaments.


The rest are kind of up for debate for exact placing.
That's where the panel will come in.
So far the Panel consists of Kismet2 and Desu.
I was thinking Elliot for the GA Tech / ATL area, but I still need to get in touch with him.
If only he'd get on AIM... >_>

oh, I don't play DOTA. the GA Tech guys do.
Also I don't have much money so I tend to only play smash bros at waba since it's only $5

the only reason to travel for brawl is money, really. You can play good people online (by good, i don't mean spotdodge downsmash item spam robs)
I was at the melee tournament yesterday.

I find it to be a completely different game, actually. Having a reactionary playstyle is completely useless online, 'cause 1/3rd of a second of input lag is absolutely terrible.

I don't really have fun online.

Rock band's comin back son.
Also Luis, from what I've heard online play is fine as long as you play people who are good and don't want to be ghey. Then again, you play reflex-style.
