Err, posting stuff like this in places where you perceive it'll get a lot of backlash is... probably just inciting flames that shouldn't be evoked in the first place. I don't recommend doing that...

I want to believe that Geno is brave, and the more I look at it, the more I can see it happening. I just want to be let down again. Guess I'll just have to wait and see.

On a side note, if it is Geno and the stats don't change, I personally would love to play as him and I think it would be pretty interesting; an above average character in weight, but being pretty floaty. I think it would fit Geno well.

You have got to stop trying to play at being the victim dude.

I gave you constructive criticism about how you could improve it in the Brave thread and the user who made a comment about the zoner issue was quickly corrected.

You have a tendency to go to a thread and say something that is going to be controversial and then act like a victim when people respond to it. Like Ovaltine Ovaltine said, if you're going to go into a thread where there are Erdrick and Sora fans and make a statement about how it can't be them you shouldn't be surprised when you get some backlash, and you definitely shouldn't come back here and try to act like the victim to get sympathy.

We don't know if he/she is, but Fatman made a post listing and comparing Brave's stats to that of swordsmen and zoners in the base game as is. The stats are nothing resembling any swordsmen or swords-magic users, but highly resemble the stats of zoners like Mega Man and Duck Hunt. They seem zoner-ish, but it's not 100%, mainly just food for thought.

I really think that both the codename and stats like the sliding and floaty jumping match Banjo more than Geno. I'm pessimistic so I doubt Banjo would be in but honestly it seems more like him than Geno. Brave doesn't necessarily have to be the Square rep.

Is their a specific thing that ties Banjo with Bravery?

I highly doubt it's Banjo, too, but I don't say that to bring anyone down. I've been a Banjo fan since I was 10 or 11, when B-K came out for the very first time. I, as such a long-time Banjo fan, am used to being let down all the time, so I just expect it every time lmao.

God, I'd love that, though. If we got Banjo, I'd forgive Nintendo for not adding Geno this time.

Lol, I don't think there is any character who can make up for Geno not being in, if he isn't, for me. Ninten would soften the blow the most of any other character since he is my second most wanted, but still not make up for it 100%

Going off all of this, the sword fighter that Brave has the most similarities with is Mii Swordfighter, which most people consider the outlier of the sword fighters. No one will be laughing at us soon when it will actually be Geno. Everyone else is trying to twist the stats to be how they want. But us? We know the truth.

To be fair, the word "brave" alone doesn't exactly connect with Banjo (I mean I guess he could be considered brave but thats pulling at straws). What I mean is that similarly to Jack and Packu, Brave has the same first letter as Banjo, but not Geno. If you really wanted to over think it, "Brave" is one letter off from "Bravo" which is the second codeword in the phonetic alphabet. "Bravo" sounds similar to Banjo as well. It is really pulling at straws, but so is Geno's relation to the codename. The difference is Banjo starting with "B." The way I see it, the stat parameters honestly fit Banjo more because he would be a zoner with a floaty jump and similar run speed and slide to "Brave." With Geno, everyone is saying, "well, I guess magic can explain that."

I am 100% in the same boat as you. I'm used to the yearly Banjo BS where something Banjo related is hyped up and is "definitely happening here's irrefutable evidence" and then it ends up being nothing. I'd take either Banjo or Geno at this point.

Preferably Geno.

Lol based on these stats he just seems like a heavier young link. If they go with a young Erdrick, then this is where Id expect his stats to be when you consider his armor and shield would explain the weight difference.

Erdrick is already hardly known outside of Japan. Why would they use his even less used chibi design?
