Well, here's the thing. It depends on how Nintendo words things. If they say it's a presentation, like some kind of replacement for their E3 show? All bets are off. But if they say it's just a normal direct? Maaaybe reel in expectations a tiny bit. Oh, it's certainly going to be more than your average direct. But I genuinely think they are going to focus heavily on what they need to announce, the games that are coming out THIS YEAR, rather than whats coming out next year. We know stuff has been shuffled, and I heavily doubt we are going to get some far off tease announcement like Prime 4 or BOTW2, or even a year out announcement like Luigi's Mansion 3. Just stuff that's out this year. Given we know absolutely nothing that's still going to be a lot, and the fact it will be the first real direct in 10 months carries some heavy weight, but I think we should still pull back a little. We might not even get Fighter 8, would they really announce them THIS far out if we are still thinking 7 is out in September? It's a possibility, but keep expectations in check atleast a little bit.
