you wont need a ride from the airport. there is a bart station directly underneath the airport, which takes you within 5 minutes of the venue. you can request a pick up from the bart station to the venue, but i doubt anyone is going to pick you up from sfo

Our flight departs Monday, July 18th at 8:10pm. So we would like to be at the BART station maybe 3 hours earlier than that or so.

My flight info is pretty much the exact same as this, we might have the same flight somehow. I'll be at BART around 3:30pm. I also need a place to stay Tuesday (and/or Wednesday although I can stay with the twins if it's convenient.) And the monday/tuesday after, since I assume not many people are staying after. Just letting you know in case you didn't look it up yourself, those, in fact, are pretty much your only two options. Last train leaves PBP station at 11:59 pm, and the earliest train leaves at like 4 am.

I DID look it up which is why I wanted someone to drive me to the BART station before 1 AM since the last one runs @ 1:59, and doesn't start running again until 5 AM, and my flight is at 6:00 sharp. I'd rather spend the night at SFO than ask someone to drive me to SFO at 4 am.

If you are listed for pickup on Thursday / Friday, you are confirmed, as we will have drivers throughout the day available to help pick all you guys up (though your AZ caravan of 8 might take a couple trips lol), and I'll probably just end up picking up you friday-morning smashers myself.

Because this thread was originally intended to just be Bart->Ramada shuttles on thursday, we didn't have any additional volunteer drivers, so either myself or Sidefx will need to snag you guys on Wednesday.

I can do the two getting in on Tuesday no problem and weds I'll prob cover as well. My number for Tuesday and weds folks is 925-354-3223, give me a ring when you guys hit the walnut creek station(please don't get off the train just call me when you reach that stop).

Also for those of you traveling back to Oakland airport and SFO on Monday, please account for an hour for Oakland and an hour and a half Bart ride for SFO. This is a minimum and assumes you catch a train right away.

And of course an hour for airport security(I recommend 2) is a must.

Edit: I will try to give rides to Bart Monday/Tuesday after genesis but I don't guarantee it as I hate mornings and any kind of traffic(commute especially).

That was my mistake, I'm not sure how I missed updating the Friday-morning pickups in the OP. As you can see by my post you quoted, I still mentioned you friday-morning travelers and how it'll probably be myself or someone else in DBR who picks you up, but either way we've got you covered.
