That's weird, most used game stores (even last gen) usually sell it for around $20.

Sephy, it wasn't as good as the other two, but it was an interesting change.
It was kind of like what Sunshine was to SM64: worse, but refreshingly different.

For the record:
Super Mario 64 = PM: TTYD > Sunshine > Super Paper Mario <

I really don't know where I would throw in PM64.

Paper Mario Thousand Year Door 100% might not be so hard, except maybe the Star pieces and all the badges and recipes. That would take some extreme dedication though.
