Oh, I'm not just talking about hitting c-stick to smash/throw at the same time. You just time a charged f-smash release after f-throw lets go of them.

So yesterday I was playing friendlies with this one fox and we were on a platform (don't really remember how i ended up there), so he was trying to pressure my shield and I did shield drop-> Iceblock (which popped me back onto the platform) and got a grab off of it.

This fox was kind of mediocre (not trying to be demeaning) and not all that technically proficient, so I'm wondering how well this would work on better players. Thoughts?

I was thinking you could charge it longer during the d-throw animation on heavier characters, but I don't have a cube in front of me so I don't know which combo actually does more damage.

Well to answer your question, the bonus damage from an f-throw is higher than the difference between a fully charged f-smash and an uncharged one. Considering you will get SOME charge from your f-smash, the f-throw f-smash combo should always result in more.

Wait what?
Did it subtract a post thing for every post you made?
Or was it a negative number?
Me confused.
they reversed it when i was about 12k, and also reduced the number to around 5k. yes it was subtracting for every post, and eventually it went past 0 and into the negatives.

wait... does this mean that you actually have 30k more posts than it says you do?

or did i misinterpret that?
nah i didn't go all the way down to negative and then back up again

the post count continued counting positively in the member list, even though it appeared negative in my post bit. i would probably have about 3k more posts than what is shown in my current post bit if it kept counting from the original. i should be at almost 30k by now i think

he puts more effort into hosting good events and helping the community than improving in the game

not that he is bad, he usually just doesnt make it far enough to get recorded

He's been making bracket at Rule 6s pretty consistently. Not an easy feat. Probably the toughest Locals in the world haha.

right, but he's always been able to do that among norcal players. like i said he's not bad

i'm talking about improvement though. he plays too old school and even said himself that he doesnt want to stop rushing in when he knows he shouldn't
