I just uploaded a couple of GnW dittos to my channel. We were playing him the way Sakurai intended.

I really think he may be the hardest character in the game to play seriously.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sULV-WCIaUo Buck vs Lordhelmet.

Please forgive my horrendous quality, i suck at recording. :(
Versus Lordy...

You had some good stuff going, Buck. Good tipmans and well-spaced Dairs. But you let Lordy approach in a lot of ways Ganon should never let Falcon. You also need to become more familiar with the Gerudo follow-ups, because I saw you try to jab him while he was down a few times.

You have good fundamentals, but it's a general lack of polish and you might want to study some of Ganon's ATs and advanced playstyles. Good stuff though, Buck.

Dont forgot we have Slashio and Gov too, and FD when hes not busy maining MK.
We have a special event kinda thign where theres a Bo3 set, Ganon dittos BF only, the winner may declare himself the best Ganondorf of Holland. However, a Ganon Main has never won.

Who died and made you king of Holland evil? Iirc T is the best Ganon in Holland.
And I concur that GoV is really good.

I think I'm the only Brawl Ganon in all of Denmark... Since the Danish community is too busy playing Melee.

We could right now, since Reim hasn't replied yet.

If not, you choose when. I've got plenty of free time, Z1GMANLY.

Impressive, Kalm. I want to see some videos of you against pro users of higher tiers, though. Against characters like Falcon and other Ganons, it's pretty easy to manuever around and make use of mind shenanigans with grabs and such, but when facing someone like a ZSS, Lucario or any other character good at laying on pressure, you have to change your entire playstyle.

I'm curious to see you perform in such a scenario. :p

Will update the OP soon.

Could please critique these? I REALLY need help improving my game. =(

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VeIbBBv1iQw - vs Guilhe (Ike) (Sweet DASC FAir gimp and Dual FSmash clash!!)

vs Chaud (Wolf). This is his main char, so these are likely the ones I REALLY would appreciate critique.

vs Chaud (ROB) - I'm having a hard time in this MU, so... =\

Chaud is like the Brazil's MVP and NinjaLink. He plays well with everyone (but Peach). I really rivalize him and WANT to beat him. Tips are very welcome. More matches to come...

Neither did your Falcon, tbh. Couldn't space for jack, so many grabs.
The Falcon I faced is a incredibly good player, and knows how to appropriately fight Ganon. Let's compare the two.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWu__XTywww - Chirp.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QBAc-Digcg - Belly.

At 0:49 in my video, the Falcon attempted to punish SH DAir by jab, which is the best option against it.

At 0:12 in your video, the Falcon SH DAired away from your SH DAir.

At 0:16 in your video, the Falcon tryed punishing a roll of yours with raptor boost.

The Falcon I faced actually properly predicts why I would do and punishes accordingly, as seen by 0:49 - 0:52.

Another example of fail punishing in your video is from 0:20 - 0:22.

Another example of proper punishing in my video is from 1:08 - 1:10.

From 0:31 to 0:34 in your video, the Falcon tries to punish Ganon's FTilt on shield with SH DAir, and then when that failed, a reverse DSmash. All these were pathetic attempts to get a hit.

From 1:15 to 1:21 in my video, the Falcon actually new what Ganon has coming for him, and plays very safe and accordingly.

These are just to name a few.

Bahamut, I'll critique you in a bit.

No, Kalm. They both were mediocre, just in different ways. If that guy's incredibly good, he certainly didn't demonstrate it in that video.

Even though I just explained how he demonstrated he was good in that video, losing to another good player does not make a player bad. I could say if Belly faced your Ganon, he would easily be the victor, as even I have to try insanely hard to beat him. It takes you to actually play someone to know how good they are.

I've played someone better: Stroumbert. He never approaches, and he rarely ever makes a mistake.

Your guy, on the other hand, did plenty of both.

Hm, neither character has to approach, but Falcon can force you to easier. Which Belly take advantage of.

So if you say this Stroumbert of yours never approached, that says something.

Neither has to, correct, but Falcon can not only force you to easier, he can bait and approach far easier as well.

In regards to what I said earlier, against players like that, it's easy to pull of a lot of gimmicks and flashiness. But when you're up against someone intensely good as Falcon, they'll never let a Ganon get away with some of the stuff you were able to if they know the MU really well.

I assume you're talking about his Uair.
That wasn't prediction, it was reaction. You jumped, he Uaired. He punished you for making a poor decision, not for predicting you. Personally, I think a better decision on your part there would have been a SH Uair.

Another example of fail punishing in your video is from 0:20 - 0:22.
Ok, this doesn't make sense to me. Can you elaborate on how this was fail punishing on his part? I was tech chasing him. How is that equivalent to him being bad at punishing.

Another example of proper punishing in my video is from 1:08 - 1:10.
Again, this is just you making a poor decision is using both jumps right away and not doing anything with them. You should have at least threw out a Nair to try and hit him away from grabbing you as you landed

This, I will agree with.

From 1:15 to 1:21 in my video, I got predictable.
Haha, just messin with ya on that last one Ray :p

Anyway, I kinda feel like you're just trying to point all this out to make less of my victory. I'm not sure why, but you always have been really negative towards me, and I would like to know why. I mean, this is a video critique thread, and when I post a video, rather than critique my playstyle, you go on to critique his and make it seem like I only beat a bad player. Honestly Kalm, I would appreciate it if you just wouldn't critique my vids at all, since you seem to have some sort of resentment towards me.
