Okay, well its almost universal. This is a difficult AT, requires a good bit of tech skill and focus, but I find it to be extremely useful for Kirby and Jigglypuff as well as Sonic and Bowser.

This is good for diddy. Gets him lower than his crouch animation meaning he can dodge falco's short hop lasers. Too bad it could only be done on one legal stage (and only for about a minute).

I also went on SUmmit and flinched with Luigi then crouched. AGAIN, nothing happened.
