I only went Ike in two of my pools matches. I main Lucario, and I was depressed so I started camping people (which worked, so it looks like that's my new playstyle )

Billy is 9th because he had play against Player 1, and lost. Player 1 had to leave early, so Billy took his place. Basically, the bracket looks like I beat Player 1 (which didn't happen, and probably wouldn't have).

At least Billy got a second chance after losing to Player-1. I lost to him and then was just out... if I had been given a second chance I would of had to play Billy then Rayku which would of been... interesting to say the least. Oh well, P-1 just ***** me anyways. Why is Diddy better than DK? if only DK's shield was just as good he'd jump spots in the Tier list easy.

scatz is iffy, he is really good, but turtl beat him at FRXIII and he cant really show up to many tournies, although he has show up to a few recent ones.

I lost to 4god at GT, but beat him in a MM
I beat albino at waba brackets

very true. I am not saying anything bad about you at all, just stating that your situation on the PR is iffy in my eyes. Just wanted to throw this bit of info in there to make sure I got my point across.
