Hey all,

My plan to go to Europe fell through and now I'm making this thread. I really want to go to Europe to see what its like over there, but I don't have the cash. Of course, I'm planning on entering the tournament with Dr. PP as my partner and it would be awesome if we went as team USA haha! So yeah.. If you are interested in seeing me in Europe, please donate!

Him not being motivated anymore/quitting after this tournament sure takes down my willingness to donate.

If you're gonna start a fund 5 months too late you should show some enthusiasm

To put it simply, I'll have to come out of retirement for smashers reunion. Since I'm attending impulse, I already have come out of retirement. The main reason I'm going to impulse is because I've never been to Canada before and this is a great chance for me to go! I love to travel, so if it means me coming out of retirement, then I will!

Like I said in my thread, melee has become very boring to me. It's an old game and it's run it's course. However, I'll gladly play if it means I get to meet new people and visit a country I've never been to! Unfortunately, Smashers reunion will be my last tournament. If anyone wants to see me play one last time, then I encourage you to donate!

It's not nessecarily the players at the tournament that are giving the donations. Could be stream viewers that want good matches.

You're missing a few points.
1) Chu Dat is still a great player, 3rd at Zenith, cant argue with that.
2) People at tournaments LOVE the competition. Who goes to **** everyone? Thats boring!
3) Chut Dat has also given us YEARS of his life to smash. He's a long time Veteran(H2YL)(that right... right?)

So yeah, you can start one of these when people actually want to see you play, like we want to see Daniel.
btw I do agree, shouldnt of said he's quitting. Thats not the greatest way to entice people to donate to you lol

I dont care. For starters Im paying for Chu to attend Impulse because I want this event, which has become almost like a god damn child to me, to be huge. I want to get as many big named players to attend, get tons of hype, and be spectacular. Now Im not rich, but I've still put just over 1000$ into this project of ours and no matter what I keep telling myself Im probably going to put more into it(Someone stop me please!)

Donating to players to attend an event like this, is like paying to see a sports event if you really think about it. Making a donation is your ticket to the event. You know get to see him play against some of the other best players in the world.

Anyways im actually getting frustrated for some reason so Im done.
