Five students tie up and strip female classmate, send videos to other students​

GIFU -- A group of five students at a public junior high school here tied a female student to a chair, undressed her, and sent videos they took with their cell phones of the naked student to other classmates, it has emerged.

The family of the bullied girl filed a claim with the Gifu Prefectural Police on June 28.

"There was bullying," the school's principal confirmed to the Mainichi. "We were unable to predict it, and we apologize."

According to the principal, four female students and a male student, all in the second grade, bullied the 12-year-old first-year victim a total of five times during the period from the end of the "Golden Week" holiday in May to the beginning of June this year. The bullying included calling the victim out to a bicycle parking lot and then forcing her to take her underwear off there.

In the latest bullying, the students called the girl over to the home of a female student who was the "leader" of the bullies, promising to help the victim study for school. Instead, the bullies tied the girl to a chair, removed her underwear and took video images of her naked with a cell phone camera. The videos were e-mailed to over 10 people, including the 5 bullies.

School officials began an investigation after the victim came to them on June 21. The five students and their parents acknowledged the bullying, and that night, the school hosted a meeting between the victim and the five, where the bullies and their parents are said to have offered their apologies to the victim. The school also made the students who received the e-mails delete the videos.

"We want to consider ways to prevent bullying from occurring again," the principal said.

"It's unforgivable," said the victim's mother. "I want the students to put themselves in the shoes of a bullying victim and then take responsibility under the law."

Well, women murderers tend to kill their victims in a way that induces far more suffering than the typical male way of murder.

Like poisons, a lot of them use poisons, and bad ones like cyanide, thallium, and arsenic.

Oh and yes women, when their darker side is unleashed, generally seem more evil.
