I'm really excited for this but I'm also pissed because I bought it on Wii without online. Hopefully they'll make a new Guilty Gear game and find a new title so it doesn't sound like a pornographic video game.

I'm most likely going to end up getting this for both consoles like I did for 3rd Strike and HD Remix.
GG's one of the "old" games I still like practicing time to time so that gives me a kind of a good head start.
This really is a quite a good year for fighters. And geez, ASW has been busy, hasn't they.
And if anyone didn't know, Atlus USA teased the Persona 4 fighter in their latest newsletter.
Good to know since that's a good sign that localization might not be too far off from the Japan release.

Oh wow, this game doesn't seem so bad now. Looks slightly faster now, imo.
With that being said, I'll probably use Orie or Seth from the characters revealed so far.

Maybe we can be lucky enough to have someone brave enough to localize it, they would need to change that name to how it's pronounced though, Under Night Inverse, I don't think it would have any chance with it's current spelling. :/

For some odd reason, I'm fine with whatever it's going to be. VS was an amazing game yet at the same time, it didn't leave the same kind of impact/legacy as some of the other fighters to me (even if the franchise influenced a ton of fighters). I do hope it takes a more VS approach as opposed to VH though, but VH is fun too imo.
We haven't mentioned any spoilers or even anything story related for P4, so don't worry.

I'm just afraid it's going to be SF with DFs, chains, guard cancels, and air blocking.
I really love VS. I still play it and keep up with it but I just get ***** on GGPO (now my comps lame and I can't even play on it..) cause I have no one to play.
DS might be my fav Capcom series. So it's natural I'm afraid new capcom's gonna **** the **** up.

So, I picked up an arcade stick, the MadCatz TvC one to be precise, and the B button is too sensitive. As in it registers that I've pressed it if I tilt the base/try to do repeated quarter circle back or 180 inputs (I thought I may have been moving the Wii Remote as well and that was causing the input to come out, but it still happens on the PS3) or if I hover my finger over the button.
On UMVC3 it shows my inputs for a basic launcher combo as A, B,B,B,B,B,B,B,B,B,B, C, and if I'm lucky I can hit the launcher before I input another B command and it obviously drops the combo, rather than A, B, B, C, S, which is what I'm physically inputting. And if I do any repeated inputs on the stick, say a forward jump, it'll just start acting as though I'm pressing B repeatedly.
Every so often it'll fix itself, the longest being through the whole of arcade mode of TVC, before screwing up in the credits sequence minigame.
Is there anyway to fix this/ will it fix itself over time, or will I need to open the stick up/ get a new one?

From what I've heard the Standard Edition MadCatz arcade sticks(stuff like the TvC one) use cheaper parts.
Your best bet would probably be to replace the button. I'm no expert at all but maybe you can open it up and switch it with a button that isn't messed up or needed. Or if it's new then you could try taking it back and replacing it for a new one.

Right, thanks.
I'll try swapping them round sometime in the future lol.
Also, it was the X button that was messing up, I put B because that's what the input is on TVC and MVC. GG uses a sort of rainbow/n shaped layout if I recall correctly, so I'll just swap it for the button below or something XD.

So yeah, you have three extra buttons. I don't have SE stick, nor have I opened up my TE, so I'm not exactly sure what you might need to do, but I'm pretty sure that there are tutorials on youtube.

Basically, you can unwire the button, and pop it out. Then switch them. It's not too difficult.
