Let's see, have you watched Angel Beats!? It is made by the people who made Air, Kanon, and Clannad. It is currently the most talked about anime in Smashboards anime thread.

Also I'd recommend you to watch Evangelion 2.22! It is phenomenal!

I will look through your list more carefully tonight after I get home to find some other animes that match you 10 and 9 rated animes.
