Smash Bros. Demo at Best Buy? Smash Bros. Invitational? E3 Stream? My Life is now complete.

So we'll definitely see some newcomer action at the tournament.

I think it's a given that Mario, Kirby, and Pit will all be playable too. Beyond that, I don't really know.

If Kirby is included, we'll probably get a chance to see his caps for the newcomers.

I know things could change and its just a demo but maybe you could say we will know what the starting roster will be or atleast have something to go off.

Definitely possible, since the 3DS version would be out pretty soon, we'll probably know most if not all of the starting roster. I was just giving a best case vs worst case scenario.

I actually think it may very well be less than that although its gonna be a Tourney so atleast 20 chars will be ideal i REALLY doubt everyone revealed on the site will be there.

Would they really be competing though? Smash Bros won't be out for months. Plenty of time to get both games.


I'm pretty sure a game being out hasn't stopped it from showing up from show floors. Mario Kart 8 will also have a year long marketing push and is at the moment, one of the Wii U's only hopes, the other being Smash Bros. It probably won't be covered by the press, but it will definitely be at E3 to play.

I don't know, I can't remember any pre-E3 released games that were demoed at E3. That being said, since it is releasing so close to E3 and announcing the year long marketing push, it certainly would follow that they'd want it to at least be at E3. I just can't imagine they would be putting a whole lot of focus on it with, theoretically, a lot of new games to show off.
