It says the Pacific times are 12:30 - 5:00, and the Eastern times are 9:30 (which is right) - 7:00.
East is 3 hours ahead of Pacific.

So I guess it's 8:00 on the East Coast actually.

Yoshi's Woolly World is aesthetically gorgeous. It's a game that I really look forward to playing off of visuals alone (though I do genuinely believe that I will enjoy it). I myself was pretty content with the Xenoblade Chronicles X feed they had prior to Yoshi's as well, being that Xenoblade Chronicles is one of my favorite games.

As for this supposed news that we are receiving afterwards. . . Are we certain it is Smash related, or just assuming (serious question)? If not related to SSB4, I'm going to say that the nearly-inevitable remake of Majora's Mask will be revealed, though if related, multiple veteran reveals and / or a new character would be great for me (Shulk, K.Rool and Mewtwo being my most-wanted newcomers).

I feel the need to express how relieved I am that the Amiibo figures aren't being used for any "DLC" type of things that are used for unlocking characters, yet I wish that we could save data for multiple characters on one amiibo instead of one for each character.

I wonder why Nintendo is running this live E3 coverage thing if they only have Splatoon, X, Yoshi, and Bayonetta to show off? It's a great idea but coverage from 9am to 7pm is a bit much when you only have four games to show. Now if they had exclusive clips to spice it up then sure, but they don't. It's those four for 3 days.

I'm just throwing this out there, but what if the hype announcement Zero was talking about is perhaps a downloadable demo of the E3/Best Buy build for everyone to download on the eShop? I think that'd be much more hype than a character reveal at this stage considering that the Gematsu leak is appearing to be true.
