...I really need to clean up the submission rules, I think. Anyone have any advice? Perhaps change digital to all digital pictures, and hand-drawn to things made with your bare hands?

uhhh is it over? who won? and yeh i was wondering why mine was also handdrawn i did it in PS i told you guys in the first post i did.... me and spire III did our pics on the pc probly using a tablet so we should be in the same catigoery

Yea, definitely put another category, and make the submission rules more clear.

Also add the Best Concept, and a creativity vote as well, for creativity is also one of the most important thing when it comes to art, for skills are always good to have, but great (and funny) ideas are very important as well.

Edit: also, state not only the day, but at what time of the day submissions/voting ends, as well as the time zone so that nobody gets confused, preferably at 11:59 pm the day it is due
