Wobbles is right:People really need to stop complaining about moves and unfair characters and just man up. If you can't beat a single move, I'm betting the move isn't broken. I'm betting you're just bad.
That's not really directed at anybody in particular, I'm just kind of mad at the whole Smash/Brawl community for overreacting and complaining about every little thing. Shield drop > Snake's f-tilt. Powershield into dodge > most multi hit moves. Oh yeah, don't forget DI. And if they're spamming the move... decay much? :/
Well, I guess my opinion doesn't matter since I was bad at Melee (infinites) and I'm bad at Brawl (Meta-Knight).
There is no such thing as a broken move or character. It all depends on who you are and how YOU play with that character. All because you cant simply smash down with peach or chain grab space animals with marth to win tournies and take peoples money from every local tourney anyone tries to play in to win. Just get over it and have fun. I love melee and just dont have time to be good at two games. Theres nothing wrong with playing melee, but there are people who also want to play brawl. Bluezaft and Doh, you guys are great friends, but I never new you guys would be this close minded towards brawl. You both are smart, skilled players and im pretty sure you can be even better at brawl if you quit making excuses. I am also trying to throw a tourney somewhere NEW other than the same two places.
I have a tourney on Saturday for anyone who wants to simply play brawl. Texas gamers have also decided to stop throwing Melee tournies due to the overwhelming size of the new brawl community and will be throwing brawl tournies instead. I did not mean to scheldule it on the day of the UTD smash fests, it is my first time throwing one and I will plan it out better next time around. Please post if you think you might come and if you can bring a setup.
