I've come to make an announcement-I made a Challenger Pack for Eggman! (Essential knowledge, for his moveset Eggman uses the Egg Mobile which transforms into different variations for different attacks-for example, nair is the ball and chain from Sonic 1, side b is the car from Sonic 2, etc).

Costume 2: Egg Mobile is colored pink with white polka dots. Eggman wears pajamas with a similar pattern, plus a hat. (Reference to his early concept designs)
Costume 3: The Egg Mobile is colored red and yellow, and has Tails' logo on the side. Eggman wears a yellow jacket.
Costume 4: Eggman wears a black jacket and has red goggles, and his Egg Mobile is given a more Sonic movie-like appearance. (He is also voiced by Jim Carey in this costume)

Stage - Courtroom #4

The standard courtroom from the main series, with two platforms on both sides and with the judge watching over things. At random points the judge will announce a special rule or restriction to all the fighters, like they can only use certain attacks or actions, kind of a variation of the Wario Ware Inc stage. If someone violates the rules five times the Nightmare Judge will appear and try to crush everyone with his gavel.

Kefka/Cefca Palazzo is the main antagonist and final boss of Final Fantasy VI. A former jester gone mad because of magical experiments, he seeks to rule over the planet as the God of Magic, destroying whole cities that either resist his rule or whenever he's just bored. He's a medium-weight ranged projectile-based fighter, a bit like Samus.

Neutral B - Extra-Crispy Firaga | Kefka fires a ball of fire that splits into three upon reaching the enemy. While firing, Kefka has a small chance of saying "Run! Run! Or you'll be well done!"

Down B - Ultima | Kefka fires a fast-moving ball of energy that explodes on contact. While weak, it has low lag and can be used in mid air.

Side B - Zap-Trap Thundaga | Kefka fires a bolt of lightning at close range. While not strong on its own right, the special button can be pressed up to 10 times to rack up damage.

Up B - Glide | Kefka launches himself upward using Aeroga. While rising, he can hold down the jump button to glide in the air for a few seconds, similar to Princess Peach or Daisy. He cannot glide if in freefall.

Final Smash - The Light of Judgement

"The end comes... beyond chaos."

After firing a projectile similar to Shadow Flare, Kefka transforms into the God of Magic and summons the Light of Judgement, which does 35% fire damage with high knockback to everyone who was hit by the projectile.

"Cloud... words aren't the only thing that tell people what you're thinking."

Tifa Lockhart/Lockheart is a deuteragonist, party member, and playable character in Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VII Remake. She's an older sister figure to Marlene, Barret's daughter, and a parental figure to Denzel alongside Cloud. A Zangan-style martial artist, she's lightweight, fast, and combo-heavy, and has poor recovery like a mix between Little Mac and Sheik.​

Neutral B - Rising Uppercut/Omnistrike/Rise and Fall | Rising Uppercut is a multi-hitting punch that slightly raises Tifa off of the ground. Omnistrike is a strong shoulder bash with high vertical knockback. Rise and Fall is a combo move that locks foes into vertical knockback with multiple kicks that ends with Tifa launching the foe upward.

Down B - Unbridled Strength | Similar to Deep Breathing, Tifa charges for about a second. Charging restores a bit of health as well as move strength and lets Tifa access Omnistrike and, if used in succession, Rise and Fall. These changes are not kept between stocks/KOs.

Side B - Starshower | Tifa rushes forward. If a foe is in her way, she will hit them with multiple kicks from every direction. This move has low end lag and low knockback, and can be used as a combo starter.

Up B - Somersault | Tifa launches upward with a backflip-kick. The kick has high vertical knockback and decent vertical mobility but leaves a lot to be desired on horizontal mobility.

Final Smash - Final Heaven

"Hmm, so that's it."

Like in the original FF7, Tifa rolls 5 slots that all land on "Yeah!". Foes are caught in a 7 hit combo, made up of Tifa's Limit Breaks from FF7 and ending with very strong vertical knockback. The final smash in total does 38% damage.
