I will go ahead and announce publicly my disagreement with this rule. It is not equal enough for all characters to be considered a neutral stage. However, I will have no qualms if the stage is permitted as a first round, random stage.

i do like the doubles rule because it gets more people to play. however i dont like forcing people to do anything at tournaments so i disagree with it.

i also disagree with dk64 neutral stage. if you think this stage is neutral you obviously dont play luigi. whenever this stage is on random, im forced to either reset it (if that rule is available) and then if another stage comes up that i dont like, i cant reset it because i run the risk that dk64 comes up next and i get ***** lol.
