Also, I find it really funny how no one in CT ever wants to play Melee or travel. Am I the only one who cares enough to want to get together w people to play this game?

Lol, j/k <3 but I did enjoy the series. It's probably one of my favorite animes. >_>Edit: I enjoyed TUS also.
Edit2: Just checked Apex and it's like purely Brawl with like 3 hours of melee lol. I still kind of want to go for some weird reason. I might enter Brawl too... last time I played Icy Light I enjoyed playing it.... but I usually have fun playing vs him in like any game so that was probably just that. What am I saying, I play Melee, not Barlw. Somebody save me because I'm confused on my mixed emotions. **** it, I'm playing SF4/GTA4 now in my state of confusion.

How is it one of your favs?!?! >_> I mean it had it's moments and some original stuff, but most of it was so stupid and pointless. Not to mention the end was so lackluster and nothing interesting really happened. It's like the show's peak was at the beginning (at least in terms of shock value). What are your other favorite anime?

Nah, I just watched some Brawl vids and it looked really boring. I watched Melee ones and it looked so exciting (RoM/Spoc footage). If Apex is going to be mostly Brawl I don't really wanna go, although since Seb's going, haha <3.
Other favorite animes: Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, TTGL.
I dunno though, Elfen lied was extremely dramatic, if you don't like dramas don't watch it basically. I watched that anime straight through and loved every bit of it. <_<

Bebop and TTGL are both great. I haven't seen Trigun though.
I enjoy dramas, Lied was just incredibly maudlin at times, and sometimes predictable. Then again it totally freaked me out with the near torture porn it had lol I watched it straight too, but that was cause my friend sort of forced me to. It was only 13 eps so I didn't mind, I just wish the show had an actual message.

Well, Thumbs, not everyone enjoys the same animes. For example, a lot of my friends love FMA. I loved it, then the ending came and I thought it was the stupidest anime ever to be created. People will argue with me how amazing that ending was, but I just didn't enjoy it at all. I guess we just won't be able to agree on this one.
Darc, that's what sucks at tournaments though, half the time you have to watch matches. I don't mind it at all for Melee, but I can't stand waiting around for Brawl. Like, even to get friendlies in, you have to wait your turn which can take like 20 minutes... watching Brawl matches for 20 minutes isn't cool lol. Maybe if I brought my DS though... :D

Watching Dazwa do his crazy ZSS stuff is awesome though. I'm really really bad with ZSS otherwise I'd probably play her and just have lots and lots of fun.

You're the second person behind Jam to say the ending of FMA is horrible. In fact, I think he said that ending made him quit anime iirc. I've never seen the show, and now there's a remake of it that's currently airing since the original strayed too far from the manga, or so I hear. I'm hearing great things about the newer version, I'm wondering if I should just skip out on watching the original FMA and just start watching the new one.

Well, if you've seen my previous rants about anime you know I can't stand when an anime squanders all it's potential at the end and becomes a mess. It's happened sooooo many times (last 12 eps of Death Note especially wtf) and it's why I'm hesitant on starting new anime (I try to watch shows that are highly rated or are recommended to me by several friends). It's very annoying when I invest so much time to watching a show that's very interesting and unique and it just ****s all over itself in the last bunch of eps. It's almost heartbreaking really. It's just like when you wait forever for a hyped movie sequel and you finally see it opening night and it turns out to be a piece of **** *coughspiderman3cough* What a waste of your time and money and hopes.
But meh maybe I should just get used to it and start exploring more anime.

New FMA (AKA Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood) is pretty good so far.
It's also the same anime so far, but I can't wait for the bridge off into the manga's original direction because I haven't read the manga at all >_>

If you've never read the manga the anime is alright. Honestly the Manga is a prime example of GOOD manga.
Seriously I've yet to read something that keeps my attention every month like FMA does.
The way things are looking in the manga now the chances of the ending being the same as the first series is non-existent. If she manages to make it the same ending I'm going to think she's the most epic manga troll ever.
Even more so then Kishimoto and his occasional jabs at Bleach LOL.
