In terms of battle system it is a little different

God Tier

The battle system in V is beyond ****ing incredible. The "job" system in this game is PERFECt. You can literally change a "job" at ANY point in time. Quick example-lets say you are training a black mage and they can go up to level 3 magic...you can switch them to be ANY OTHER class and then back to black mage later on to finish leveling up on that class. You also carry abilities with you so you can cast black magic while being a thief or a knight. The level up system is beyond simple and once you buy magic....EVERYONE can use it...you dont need to purchase 3 of the same type of magic or anything else. You can also customize the menu colors and have fun with that too. The battle system is cut and paste and you can really have fun with every possible way to build your characters.

I know every one is going to get on my case about FF VII but that game is the most overrated video game of all time. No doubt. I like it and think its very good, but it's extremely over rated. I like Sephiroth and Vincent...that's about it. Tifa, Barret, Red XIII, Cait Sith, and Yuffie are all horrible characters that I could care less about throughout the entire game. I also personally was not that impressed by the story. Yes i know it's all symbolic and Sephiroth is the devil...who cares? How is that different from any other concept ever made? I hate FF7 Fan boys.

So yeah, lets talk about Final Fantasy guys. Side note-Chrono Trigger on NDS? Yeah, i'll be downloading that.

Garrett, I agree with you about Yuffie, but you have to remember that she IS in fact an optional character. But I don't understand how you can like Vincent (totally one-dimensional and useless) and dislike Barret.

Honestly, I've never played a Final Fantasy other than VI and VII and I don't really care to change that.

I actually LIKED Yuffie...whenever she had personality. Which, in that game, was very sporadic as far as appearance went. As Zoso said, she was an optional character.

The only characters I disliked were Barret, Cid, and Tifa; out of the three of those, only one of them do I truly dislike as far as character goes (with the other two, it was purely aesthetic). That was Tifa. She got on my nerves. Vincent was...meh. Cait Sith had his moments. I did like Cloud, even though he's a whiny ***** 98% of the time. And Red XIII...how could anybody not like Red XIII?

Quantum of Solace was awful, in every sense of the word. I knew going in that it would be disappointing because of the reviews and what people were telling me, but it was unspeakably bad. It's over 30 minutes shorter than Casino Royale yet it feels twice as long. After the first 20 minutes I wanted to leave and looking back I should have.

Good **** Papito. If ever there was a movie to pirate it'd Quantum of Solace. ****ing filmmakers didn't even try so they deserve it. Not to mention it's looks to have a $70 million dollar opening weekend.

edit- WTF it cost $200 million to make!??!!? HOLY MOTHER OF GOD, THE MOST EXPENSIVE ****TY MOVIE SINCE SPIDERMAN 3

EDIT 2- OMFG it's overseas box office has already surpassed $250 million kutdlutudk,fdutyud,jt,xdxzkmgdiyf

Vincent has a gun.
Barret doesn't.

I bet you wouldn't tell Vincent to his face that he's one-dimensional. He'd shoot your 3d *** with 2d bullets.

Barret? What is he going to do?! He'd just curse and stomp around! Like seriously. What can he even use as a weapon? What a loser character.

As far as I can tell, Barret's arm is just a poorly structured arm polygon.
That was colored gray.
And can shoot bullets.
But it isn't a gun.

^Arguably one of your best posts ever. I literally died laughing at the end of that post. haha

Vincent was just all like "**** you guys" and did his own thing. His past with his wife was also very interesting too.

FF 8 for the best role characters. Quistis was way more in depth than I could have ever dreamed, Edea was a mystery up until the battle, Seifers past was cool, Zells spunky attitude was fun, Rinoa was cute and curious and Irvine was just a ****ing pimp.

FF7 layout

Tifa-What was there about Tifa aside from the fact that she wanted Cloud? Nothing.
Red XIII-Hes a dog who was a lab experiment...anything else develop with him? No.
Barret-He yelled and screamed a lot and had a cool gun on his arm....anything else?
Cid-Cid was cool....I liked him, he was funny.
Yuffie-I'm some random ***** thats not worth figuring out how to capture me so I wont take your materia....then chase me around for no reason to find that all my limit breaks are horrible until level 4. Another terrible character. Ironic how a side character had more development than some of the mains. haha

And I had no idea Children of Bodom and Norther covered The Final Countdown. I used to have Norther on my old computer. Need to download there material again.

Guys-I am also looking for a PERMANENT partner to always team with me in doubles whether it be Melee or Brawl.

Brawl-I use Marth only.
Melee-Marth, Sheik, or Link.

Our team names could get very interesting seeing as how I am Mr. E (The Riddler) and look like the Angry Nintendo Nerd. LOL
