You can hit people with only the "fuse" part of the bomb, and the bomb doesn't explode, it sorta just bounces off. The opponent gets all firey and they take a small amount of damage and there's like, no knockback.

It's happened more than twice to me from TL's bombs, and none of my friends play Link, so I don't quite know if it can happen with his...

This thread has come a long way in such short order.
I'll continue to add my 2 bits, if I can think of anything else. Our list is rather extensive as it is.

It went from 3 moves to a huge list thats getting annoying to update. I feel so proud.

Sadly, the past 15 pages of discussion is primarily between 5-6 people.

250~ posts, 5-6 people.

Sad numbers.

Well, about the bomb thing, I am 100% sure that it was in Melee, and about 75% sure that it is in Brawl. I can't seem to do it on command though...

You should add/test the "blow" part of GaW's u-air... and the blow part of the parachute.

If you count those as attacks, GaW uses the u-air fairly often, and it is used FOR the blow part, not as an accident. It refreshes his moves =D

Are you serious about that air refreshing moves?

I wonder if another windboxes have that ability.

Someone test Zelda's downsmash. I don't know if I've mentioned it already. Anyway, it has up to 3 hits and when all 3 hits hit, you're not launched 'til the last one (or so it seems). So maybe there are two hits with set knockback in there.

Squirtle's Dair, excluding the final hit

Squirtle's first, maybe second jabs

Squirtle's Dtilt, excluding the final hit

Squirtle's USpec, excluding the final hit

Squirtle's SSpec, maybe

Ivysaur's Ftilt, excluding the final hit

all of this is just stuff off the top of my head that is missing in the OP and seems like should be there.

Zelda's Dsmash only hits twice at most, and both hitboxes have knockback growth.

The final hit of Zelda's nair does not have fixed knock-back.

I'm fairly certain Pit's over B has a wind box as it ends.

Luigi's formatting has his name colored green, not yellow.

Has anyone tested neutral B for Zelda?

I'm pretty certain I've heard sound effects suggesting three hits on a few occasions. But it just might be that it sounds like it hits three times.

There are just two, Yuna. Notice how she kicks faster when she doesn't hit anything as opposed to when she does. The sounds effects of a kick that doesn't hit anything makes it sound blended almost, but when she hits something, you can clearly hear the back kick, so what you get is:

1) front kick sound
2) collision
3) back kick sound

... however, if there were three, I wouldn't mind taking it.

Has anyone tested neutral B for Zelda?
I believe the first and last have growth while the rest do not.

Side special-NO

The rest, not sure of. I want people to test it, not 'off the top of your head'.

Just because you think it's fixed doesn't mean it is.

Ramming into the opponent with the Wario Bike with Wario on it = no.

Using the Bike itself as a projectile = yes.

Bike Tires = yes.

I'm sure. Test it for yourself.

Marth has a set knockback on the foot hitbox of his Usmash. This was determined when marths Usmash stage spike had the same knockback at 999% as 0%.

I went into a Brawl, then tested the Max Launcher Speed at 0%, then 300%, on a Bowser, hanging on to the edge of a stage. I then hit Bowser with the foot hitbox of Marth's Usmash, which caused a stage spike. This is what I received as data;

At 0%, Bowser launched at 3866 MPH.

At 300%, Bowser launched at 3866 MPH.

Pretty safe to assume it's the same at 999%.

I still can't believe this.

Someone test it pl0x.

(Sorry, sort of only trusting my testers atm xD)
:mewtwo:
The logic behind Marth's USmash's Foot hitbox's set knockback is that the purpose of the foot hitbox is only to push the opponent into the main hit box, the sword.

but yes, you should test it for confirmation.

Mr G&w judgment hammer 1...

I only see 8 Listed...

Also I pulled a 2 which made sonic trip then I got a 9....

I also 8 to 9'd but since sonic was frozen the 9 did practically nothing.

1 is almost at the very bottom, under no knockback or stun.

Going by that logic, we'd have a ton of fixed moves if we included when they were frozen. (LOL @ every move basically being fixed if we froze the opponrnt first)
