Astroboy was really really good. Don't see the other one. Worst ****ing waste of time, ever. I'm not joking, it is easily one of the worst films I've seen.

Well, you're never going to get good at melee but you could at brawl, so a little,

It's not impossible to get "good" at Melee, even this far into the metagame.
Four stock Ferdi without trying? No. But maybe eventually get good enough to, say, take a match off of him in tourney? Why not.

That's because she's a moron.
YEPP! It's very visually stimulating (like WTWTA), but has a pretty good story that it manages to execute well (not like WTWTA). Parts of it are cliched, and some characters/scenes could stand to be cut out completely or retooled, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut the whole experience was great, overall. There are some very memorable moments.

UL, I'll help you improve @ Melee. Get your technicals down ASAP, though. Srsly. Or start with Sheik. Marth is a bad choice for scrubs, because of how easy it is to destroy a bad Marth.

I'm maining Falcon, just so you know. Maaaaaaaybe try some Sheik. I like Falco a lot, but mine is trash, so I won't bother.
And I've got my technicals down pat, mostly. L-cancels are second nature, I'm starting to use wavedashing more practically, I get Falcon's combos, and Moblin complimented on my ability to dthrow and uthrow techchase if that means anything. I don't dash dance enough, though...gotta fix that.
The only thing I really haven't gotten down yet is moonwalking. I mean, I know how to do it, but I can't get one to go farther than ~1 Falcon wavedash.
The foundation's pretty much set, so now it's just application and experience.

Falcon is likely the hardest character to play at a high level.
1) Low priority. People can stick out hitboxes all day and win vs not great Falcons.
2) Recovery that is super easy to gimp.
3) Fastfaller. This means you WILL get 0-deathed, cged, and knocked off the stage if you make stupid calls.
4) I think he's the hardest character to combo with. You have to not only read their DI, but adjust your DI accordingly while comboing.

dthrow nair
You have to know whether they're DIing away, hard away, or not at all. Not all all, you just hop forward a little and nair, or just nair. Hard away, you dash and fly at them with a nair (though uair is typically better for this). Away, you have to start your dash, then DI your nair to catch them just right.
It's tough, and there's a reason why you don't see Falcon in finals.
BUUUUUUUUUUT, with that said, we can always use more Falcon mains. If you really like him, cool. Just be ready to lose for a considerable amount of time. And you're going to hate fighting Shiek, Fox, and Falco more than most people do.
His DD is really important, I think. Falcon is all about bait n punish. You don't need to WD too much with him. Wavelanding is something you prolly want to get down. Don't sidestep with him, and learn when to roll backwards outta danger (one of the best rolls in the game).
How's your shffling? Have you started to lurve ftilt and utilt yet?
Don't worry about moonwalking too much. It's cool, and good, but not necessary.
My Falcon does nothing but tech-chase, and does pretty well vs most people. Buuuut without them 0-deaths, you're prolly gonna lose, no matter how well you can read. =(

More or less. 3 stocked Kenny's Pika last time we played, and beat Yang's Marth.
But then he was a jerk and picked Sheik. I didn't play any more Pika vs him after that. =(

Comboing is coming in on its own. My reactions are 1000000x faster than, say, 6 months ago, so I can adjust pretty well while doing **** in Melee, and Brawl also.
SHFFLing is 2nd nature, Falcon's shorthop is easy to use even with tapjump. No problems there. I'll edgeguard Foxes and Falcos with utilt sometimes, or maybe mix it in while following up a dthrow / uthrow. Not really a fan of ftilt (a bit ironic, but still), the opportunities for ftilt just don't show themselves, and when they do, there's usually a better option available.

That's about it. GO TO THE FEST TOMORROW.

No. Fox has a predictable one. Not a bad one. You can gimp him, sure enough, but he has ways of getting back. Marth has a good recovery. Sheik, with proper DI, has a good/great recovery. ICs have great recovery. Falco and Falcon have the worst recoveries until you hit Doc. Then Mario.
With the other high/toptiers, you can recover safely. With Falcon/Falco, you should be dead once you get knocked off the stage. You can recover as well as you want, but against competant edgeguarders, you're dead regardless of if you try to sweetspot or not.
I'll try to go tomorrow. No guarantees, though.

Uptilt is only good in the mirror match. A better choice is Knee or fsmash. Against the spacies upb and marths upb lightshield the edge and fall onto it to grab.
You are going to hate sheik. very much. I do. Its a hella hard match. Sheik dthrows you then waits for you to do anything And just follows you(not reads your rolls or anything. Just FOLLOWS.).
You are going to be tempted to use raptor boost a lot, you have to save that move for when you know it will hit/ for bait games. Learn to retreat your shffl'd nairs and dairs.
You better learn how to read HELLA good. Or your ****ed. On fastfallers upthrow is your friend. On floaties dthrow is(except at around 60% on most floaties. IT MEANS KNEE.) your friend. Learn to ffnair(first hit only) to jab jab grab. Also learn Knee(weak.) to jab jab repeat. It is great for shield pressure.
Marth is an interesting match up. You get ***** by him, yet you can **** him. :/ It swings both ways in this match up. You can combo him to death and he can combo you to death.
Learn your baiting game.
I am a huge fan of falcons wavedash. I use it so much(maybe too much). Don't bother with moonwalking. There are 0 situations where it will be better than a knee or bair. Seriously, you may think there are. But sacrificing consistency and power for flashy isn't worth it.
Learn your platform game. Get your wavelands solid. A nice trick is fall through platform to first hit nair to grab(or jab jab grab if your close enough.)
Do NOT sidestep. It is not good with falcon and you SHOULD get punished for doing it.
