God how do I respond to this lol.
RR has been pushing at things that aren't incredibly relevant.
In his big catch up/reads posts, he basically discussed his feelings on a bunch of events, gave a bunch of nullish reads on most people, except for x1 and rockin. However after this, he hasn't followed up or pursued his dislike of these players like I'd expect him to. Instead he's humoured DH and Kantrip with arguments on sheeping, as if he has nothing else to say to the players he considers scum suspects. You're right in saying that there isn't a whole lot of "push" to my suspicion on him, but in a game with a stack of non-presences he's not exactly sticking his neck out by pushing HARD on those he believes to be scum.
Can I ask you to substantiate your Town read on him a bit more? If anything, it more seems like you're just going off gut based on his earlier interactions with Zen.
With Kantrip (I refuse to call him Kanty

), it's more a case of dumb/scum. He's loud and pushing his agenda which I usually like, but in most of his posts I fail to follow the underlying logic of how he's formulating his reads. I pointed some things out where is his reasoning is weird, i.e. where he got a Town read off of KevinM based on a connection. Even recently where he's trying to create a connection between Zen/Chaco. He's drawing conclusions I don't agree with from processes I can't follow, and it's not coming across as genuine.
For Chaco/Rockin, I mostly agree with what others have said about him, and didn't feel the need to elaborate as both have been fairly lacking in commentary and it's more a case of I want to see more concrete stuff from them, but I can understand the hate on them which is why I'd vote them if neccesary.
About me defending x1, I've been fine with him since he came into the game. I like him pushing his agenda and generally got TvT vibes from him/frozen. I wouldn't say he's exactly dropping town tells but I like that he's putting him out there, and the case (or there lack of) on him isn't convincing me. I'd keep him open for a future play but right now there are many better options, specifically those I've outlined.
On PL, I've liked Ran this game and have him at a town read. He's pushing things I like and his thought process is as clear as day. Admittedly I didn't read Joey's side of the Ran vs Joey argument, but I didn't see anything scummy from Ran's side.
I'd flesh out a bigger argument on Kanty but frankly it's close to deadline and I'd be parroting most of what others like FF have said. As for my vote, I think out of all the popular wagons I dig the Kanty one the most.
