except with a moonwalk you can't really act out of it, so this is more of a wavedash.

damage I used to think the same thing when I played wario. I played a luigi main by the name of mini in my home town and I would try to jump at him in the air and it seemed like he always hit me and I never hit him. I would rage. I think luigi does have face to face priority cuz of his fair/nair I think. But wario still wins you just have to smart/gay about the way you fight certain characters. alla learn mu's and execute.
