If Stingers already told they counted, why are you still arguing?? Like let it go man. Also my request still stands. Even for the update after this when I'll be #1, I want Scotty to be #0.

@_@ Again, they can't be used to determine the rankings overall, but they should only break tie-breakers. It is a lot better to quantify with the in-state records and then do tie-breakers with OOS since this is a NC PR, not a "Who would do best if we went OOS" PR.

Stingers hasn't had MK legal at his tournaments for a few months now. I'm going to host both MK legal and MK banned. Craig's tournament that is supposedly happening near the end of this month is MK legal, so we'll have a mix of both.

Wow Esam cleared alot up for me. I honestly did think PR's was about top representation of your state and who is expected to best represent yer state when they travel or for defending.

If what Esam says is correct then my OOS travels means nothing. It's a little weird since I've beaten so many top players across the nation. But I understand and it makes a whole lot of since.

With that thought I'm guessing I should be third on the PR then.
Every tourney I've been to this season I've only lost to Esam, Kadaj, and Stingers in NC.
But out of us four I'm the only one to beat Esam. And I think I'm the only one to even beat Esam at all. Shoo I'll take second place baby! I don't know how yall do it but obviously Esam is on that boss status in NC and I'm the only one to ever take it out! haha. Maybe that is strong enuff to put me over Kadaj!

For seriouslies though, you can point out what is wrong to me and I'll argue/concede, but saying "I'm making you mad" means that you lost the argument. As I said, I don't care about the rankings themselves, but they should at least be made correctly.

Also, Mekos, you should still be #3 because Kadaj was more consistent since you have a losing record to Stingers and Kadaj, while you don't even have a winning record against me (although the only person to beat me in a set helps). Your win over me is keeping you above Stingers.

How can you even declare that I lost the argument when it was already decided against you BY the panelist? The argument was already over when Stingers said that OoS will count. You have no say in that. Also why are you even talking when you say you don't even care? It's not even your problem then. But you still make it your business thanks to that contradiction. All I'm trying to do is make sure I'm able to get something out of the work that I put in. You are not helping. You are just trying to discourage me. That is not the kind of attitude I would want to see out of someone who's as talented as yourself. Just back off, my respect for you is gone.

@Kadaj - ugh yer still not getting it. Yes, certain characters are more comparable with others but that is not that big of a deal at all if both players have dubs smarts. Besides the dubs metagame is not mature at all so u can't say that. So many things havn't been created yet or discovered. Me and Fow's team combo blowed peoples mind at apex and that was so small. And besides with good spacing I believe Marth and lucas are a good team. I already know so many good team tactics for them but it takes teamwork.

Also, how u and terry place means nothing. Most people aren't playing dubs right. I don't know how to explain it. It's like saying u are good at basketball if u win a tourney against a bunch of middle schoolers.
ESAM help me explain this to him lol.
For example, the fact that me and esam have never lost a tourney does not mean we have good teamwork. What we are doing during the game shows whether we have good teamwork or not.


I also, think we should be the first state to try a doubles PR. We could start a trend. It would be team PRs. This would motivate people to create static teams. I hope Stinges likes the idea...I know how much he hates dubs

It's not about the character. U first need to learn how to play dubs in general. Then after that if u have a good dubs partner there are certain moves which are great for team shield pressure. Like Dair is really good if u have a partner who is shield pressuring with u.

But it is risky if yer partner isn't with u. Me and m2k had great team shield pressure. Our matches are online. U can watch that to see. I am using my dair like crazy cuz I trusted our team spacing.

I haven't gone to enough and haven't performed well enough to get the spot on the PR that I want (#5, #6), but I'd still like to get on PRs somehow.
I know I'm as good as stock and arch but I still need to prove it in tournament, it's like a checklist of people :|
thanks for the tips mekos I'll looks up some videos of you in doubles. Stingers and I do serious teams with my lucas so I need as much help as I can to rep, not get carried too hard.
Also, Scotty. let's play sometime. I have never actually played you in tournament, you're always ahead or out, one or the other, when I'm about to play. honestly have no idea how I stack up next to you at all, besides wifi where you body me. But that was at least a year ago, triggaforce babeh

An authority telling people to stop doing something when it is clearly a good idea to do that thing doesn't make the protestors or whatever wrong. Again, I said I don't care about what the rankings end up being since I know I'm gonna be #1, but having rankings based on OOS when it shouldn't be except for last minute comparisons is still a stupid idea.

Also, Mekos, Dubz PRs are REALLY difficult to do besides for the top top top dubz players because a lot of people's abilities can either be masked or exaggerated by team-mates.

Esam is definitely right. If we used OOS then I would easily...easily be number 2 for this season. But I think Esam is right and I should be number 3.

Esam. I don't think dubs PR would be hard. THe PR would be based on teams not individual players. This will entice people to have static teams. Like in FPS teams it doesn't matter if there is a weak link in the team. He still gets the ranking that the whole team does. That is what comes with being part of a team. To judge individual skill is for the singles PR.
And you are judged for PRs based on how u perform and place not on people's opinions...right?
