Anime conventions are terrible and should never happen. It's only second to furry conventions in terms of being cancerous.

EDIT: I actually bothered going to that website Stockfield just posted, and I'm convinced that they are clearly the same after looking at that picture on the top.

Animazement is super fun, the tournament is really balls though. You have to basically stand around and wait to be called to fight an 8 year old on smashville 4 stock and <5 minutes because the announcer (learned after 3 years there) doesn't give a **** and only wants to move as quickly as possible. It's always best of 1 so it's ****ed up, but they use the only setup really so it's all you can do.

And yet I still grab a card.
each year.
waste 3 hours on saturday before losing to stockfield*cough*
And miss dinner.

Hello, if you guys haven't been on the Falco is better than you board, Hi, may name is Rob and I am planning on attending this. However, I want more incentives, especially if it is best of 1 :/ If I were to come I'd want to get a lot of matches in, especially against your PRed players, in a best of 3 setting so it would count for the Nebraska PR and so that when I win/lose it isn't because you/I got lucky due to a random gimp/trip.

I know Stingers is Stingers and Dr. PeePee is Dr. PeePee, and I've heard Kadaj is planning on attending, but I don't know who anyone else is that is planning on going (because I don't know what your tag alias's are) and I'm gonna have to like, BEG my cousin to come to this probably
, unless it's as easy to sneak into as the Falcosocial boards make it sound.
I might be down to money match but a mock-tournament would be pretty sweet too :) Edit: Or a fest somewhere between May 22nd-Animazement :)

My Badge will say Scott most likely. A word of warning though: there will be few 1v1s unless there are multiple brawl setups. In all my experience sometimes above average players take over and 1v1, but for the most part there wil be a crowd of scrubs and above average players who just want to get in. 90% of the time will be FFAs on final destination with the bottom 2 out, or 2v2s with the losing team out.
It may change, often people liek Stingers and stock, keith, jon, etc exert an authority and just play 1v1s for a while at peoples expense, but for the most part that won't happen.
