momentum just helps someone who isn't necessarily more skilled overall win with some luck and the right decisions at points in the match

Danny and I have believed for a long, long time that Snake was never worthy of his #2 spot. Like Foxy said, once you've got momentum on him, he starts falling apart. Sure, he can be incredibly gay, but #2's a little too high for him. Still A tier, though
