Yes I love landing Knees so I want that feeling a whole bunch more (there needs to be a "Nothing but Knees" video made for SSB4, like for Melee).
MagnesD3, I'd rather see SideB have same or less knockback, to maybe let it combo more easily (Raptor Boost -> Knee is so shameful but so funny). I would like to see Raptor Boost keep the "bounce" when you nail an aerial opponent.
Even less lag on Uair (maybe by just two or three frames though). I wanna do Smash 64 combos. Add a small disjoint around his body (like a Snake utilt), or at least fix hitboxes.
Actually fix hitbox placement in general.
Fsmash needs less delay upon releasing the smash (more like MK or Falco's Fsmash release).
Dsmash should kick faster (to better punish fast rolls - can always charge a bit for punishing slow rolls).
Heck, make his Utilt his SSB64 upsmash - unless someone wants to tell me the utility of his current utilt that I barely understand - utilt could have decent knockback scaling so it combos into itself at low percents, sets up air strings at mid percents, and can KO around 160ish (maybe - not sure about percent).
Usmash should still slide out of a dash, but make it near insta-stop on release (for better aiming? don't know about this one - might just be horrible at Brawl Falcon)
Knee needs Melee hitbox and maybe even a little extra size on sweetspot.
Yes to some sort of non-Super armor on Falcon Punch (or even better, make first X frames (maybe 10) jump/shield/grab cancellable on start-up - THE MINDGAMES!) Maybe some super-armor just a few frames before (and during) the actual punch. Keep it reversible. More IASA frames after it.
Other buffs suggested by others I generally agree with.
He's too manly and awesome to suck anymore. Fix him up and let's see a top 5 spot on the tier list.
